Very disappointing. No one spoke any English and the lady in the shop only offered something to try after I had decided to purchase an item.

Unpleasantly surprised by the sales hostess' lack of attentiveness and fair play. We were passing through Verdun on 08/31/23 and we decided to take a detour into the Braquier sugared almonds store. We were there in 1994 and talked about these famous chocolate-covered sugared almonds. In 1994, we bought second choice batches in 1 kg. Unfortunately, the lack of welcome and the terrible increase in prices put us off and we left empty-handed.

Very nice free tour with audio guide. We end up at the store, it's not cheap but the quality is there. It’s a shame that the welcome in the store is not up to par. The description of the articles is not always easy to understand between the different almond qualities, colors etc. Active help would be welcome

I have eaten some excellent jelly beans but these far exceed any I have tasted. Delivery times are very fast and respected and the packaging is very secure. THANKS. I'm having a blast

Visit based on a slideshow for our part, explain well despite everything. No more tasting following COVID restrictions, which is a shame given the number of varieties offered in store! No staff at the time of our visit I think it must be all the more pleasant and appreciable when that is the case. Pleasant visit nonetheless. Good time. I recommend it for a short and informative outing.

Great visit with well-targeted explanations. Friendly welcome. The only downside in our opinion is that when a purchase is made in store it would be wise to put a sample of treats in the bag. Other groups are doing it and the pandemic is no longer an excuse. The visit remains very interesting.

Nice place. I recommend, the visit is free. Short explanatory film or audio guide. Shop at the factory. A lot of choices. No tasting given the pandemic so a small individually wrapped sugared almond as a gift at the checkout would be welcome.. pleasant staff. For campervans who want to visit the factory, 4 pitches for one night possible with sanitary facilities available.

Difficult to rate this place. We were there with the motorhome. The factory is one of the last of its kind and you get very good craftsmanship here. Everything around it is pretty old-fashioned. But the people are nice and the people are really good.
